Pinch to zoom email

I thought ICS came with pinch to zoom in the stock email app, but my HTC one X doesn't have it. Did HTC disable it deliberately?

Curious about this too. Gmail app also seems to be affected. Image intense emails tend to take up several screen widths with no way to zoom out to see the entire email.

As far as I know Gmail has never supported pinch zoom.

K-9 mail does.
