PITA Mystery Notification

Hi everyone! I have a really annoying problem. I hope someone can help.

Every hour or two I get a mystery two quick vibrations.
I have Notistar turned on and it lists notifications but NOT whatever gives me the two quick vibrations.

Any ideas on how to find and stop the source of the mystery buzz besides Good Lock Notistar?

This helped me find the 4:17 AM and 6:19 AM funky noises that woke me! It was from One Drive "preparing". Went to it within the apps setting and turned the dang notifications off!

These notifications are bananas. I feel like there's an "every minute" notification somewhere. I keep asking apps and processes to "notify silently" but I can't seem to catch all these random ones.
