I was recently considering putting my HTC DROID DNA back on Verizon from AT&T. So I call them up looking to get a new SIM card to replace the one I had when this phone was on Verizon. They told me that unless I wanted to sign a 2 year contract, I would have to purchase the SIM card ($45 for 1.5GB data or $60 3GB data). That's absolutely ridiculous, this phone was already hostage to Verizon for 2 years. Both the phone and the contract were paid in full. After this phone call, I'm glad I put this phone on AT&T. I get 4GB of data for $60 with unlimited talk and text with much better customer service (when I called Verizon the first time I was transferred twice, the second time I called, the girl said she couldn't help and gave me another number to call). What happened? Verizon used to have awesome customer service. AT&T on the other hand, sent me a FREE SIM card, and I when I was having a problem with DATA, they GAVE me an extra 4GB of data FREE for my trouble. Looks like I'll be sticking with AT&T. The only positive thing I can say about Verizon customer service is, at least it's US based lol.
