Pixel 2 is the worst possible device to buy for an Indian customer

am absolutely fed up. The customer service guys took my phone away for service 8 days back. Till date i have 0 idea on what the issue is or what the progress on the device service is. I have written multiple emails and still there has been 0 efforts to even reply to that email after the first 2 emails.

I write this while being put on hold for a call with a google "specialist" and I've been on wait for close to 15 minutes now.

Disgusted with the support. Please refund the money for the phone. It was purchased on May 19 and has been facing issues ever since.

To all prospective buyers: NEVER EVER BUY A GOOGLE PRODUCT IN INDIA. THEY COULD NOT GIVE LESSER OF A **** ONCE THE PRODUCT IS SOLD.

I will go back to my Apple ecosystem and i strongly urge everyone to do the same as well. Absolutely disgusted. I used to be a champion of the google devices and even changed my instagram handle to show my support for the Pixel 2. But google has screwed me over big time.

STAY AWAY FROM GOOGLE DEVICES. A COMPANY WHICH DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TREAT ITS CUSTOMERS DESERVES NOTHING LESS.

Much of your post is an overreaction to a single instance, understandable in the circumstances perhaps, but we can disregard that.
