Pixel 2 XL Verizon Variant (G011C?) Questions

This may have been mentioned somewhere in all of the threads out there - sorry if this is already widely known:
1. Is G011C the correct designator for the Verizon variant?
2. I can't find the 'Manufactured Date' that I see many refer to. I've looked through the information in the Bootloader but don't see it listed.
3. Seems like Verizon has removed 'Clear system cache' from the Recovery menu - is that correct?
