Pixel 3 delayed shipping Toronto ?

Sorry if this was already posted here, tried looking and didn't see a topic but I'm just wondering if anyone else in Toronto or in Canada has any shipment delays by pre ordering through Telus / Bell and or Rogers ??
I'm with Telus and now i have to wait 2-3 weeks, I pre order since Oct 9th Not Pink 3 XL 64GB
