Android Central Question

Hi I'm about to buy Pixel 3 because photo is important to me.
Support of RAW and night sight mode is one of the reasons to but it.

But .. is it possible to adjust the white balance ?

Assuming that you use a separate raw developer app, then yes, of course. LR, Affinity Photo, etc., all allow for WB adjustment.

Thanks for the answer , but Lightroom - Affinity was not what I was looking for.

I was looking for a way to adjust WB in the menu i Pixel 3

It does allow the common adjustments but I found the auto works out pretty well probably due to AI.

You've always got the option of another camera app if you need more control over the white balance, or just want manual controls in general.

Actually if you want more control of WB, you shoot in RAW and you will adjust your WB which ever way you wanted in the editing software. WB in the camera app is only useful if you want JPEG photo and not interested in processing RAW yourself.

White balance isn't a phone thing, it's a picture hing. I've never seen a camera do white balance on the phone's own signal, it does it to the picture- cellphone or DSLR. Even in apps that include WB in the camera app, it's doing the WB to the picture. Shoot Raw and post-process. (Even in taking a JPEG, the picture is taken, then WB is applied. It's not something that's changed in the camera.)
