Pixel 3 XL camera lags....painful!

The camera seems to be getting worse regarding lag time. To boot it up, it takes up to 5 seconds. Trying to get that special quick shot is impossible. Any suggestions?

Yeah....he's already in that thread looking for the the solution. Unfortunately the OP of that thread has responded back.

Look for a conflicting camera app. The one in the other thread is called SCOS.
