Pixel 3 XL Ringtone No Sound

Hey everyone, wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem. I have several custom ringtones that I have transferred to my phone. I have them all in the Ringtones folder and these are the same files that worked on my OG Pixel XL. However, anytime that I get a call, my 3XL only vibrates and doesn't play any sound at all. If I restart the phone, then the first call will ring but then any subsequent call is vibrate only. Does anyone have any ideas on how to remedy this?

Never mind everyone, I just discovered what the issue was. I have an app that manages my audio and the ringtone volume was turned down across all the profiles I had set up. Simple fix.
