Pixel 4 and Wireless Charger issue question

I have had a stand wireless charger for a while now and it's been great but wanted a flat disk charger as it would sit better on it. Mine has almost fallen off several times. I have a pop socket on my case but the back of it is removeable for charging. I just got a yootech wireless disk charger pad. It is supposed to charge at 11 watts with the pixel 4. I got it and had an issue when I would take it off and then put it back on the charging icon was still showing it was charging even when off the charging pad. And then it wouldn't charge when put back on. I had to restart the phone. I tried my boyfriends phone which he has a Samsung S9+ and it had no issue charging. So I tried changing my case as it was one of the rugged cases. And it seems to charge a bit better but still would suddenly stop charging. Overnight, even though it said it was charging it wasn't. I woke up to find my battery at 50%. The Samsung phone charged just fine with an otterbox case on it. Has anyone had similar issues? Seems to be Pixel related as other brands don't seem to have an issue? And it's just this charger. My phone charged just fine with the other case and my stand charger just fine. Same manufacturer too.

I have had several P4s and all of them have had issues with wireless charging. Other than the pixel stand it has been hit and miss with my various other 3rd party pucks.

I have not found a solution but to be honest I have not looked too hard for one.

Even the Pixel stand has been hit and miss since the update where it told you to realign to enable charging. Now my phone has to be almost hanging off the stand to charge. Weird.
