Pixel 4a - moving files and FTP transfer questions

Hi,

Just got a Pixel 4a. I was trying to move a file from the download folder to another folder, using the native 'Files' app, but could not see an option for move. Do I need a 3rd party app?

Other question, I was trying to transfer music from my Mac to Foobar2000 on the phone, using FTP. I connected to the server using Finder and could see the folders, but was not allowed to drag anything to the folder. I'm guessing it's a permissions thing, but does anyone know what I need to do?

When using the Files by Google app, don't select the Downloads category if you want to move files around. Scroll down on the main screen and tap the Internal Storage option, then Download. You'll get the option to move files there.

Sorry, but I don't know much about FTP.
