Ok, so this might be more of a "how to use" than a question about the P5. But Im setting up my P5 with Nova as I always do and instead of going into accessibility and doing 3 button nav bar, Im trying gestures.

A) how do I close things? Like an app Im used to just clicking the back button and closing out of it. Now I swipe up and it goes away but the app is still running.

B) In chrome, when i was on a page before I would just swipe back until I got back to the home page to start over for the next search. Now I can only swipe up and away. Next time I open chrome its still on that last page I opened. Is there a way to swipe back?

To close open apps swipe up part way and hold.....that will open the running apps list and you can close them.

To swipe back swipe from the right edge of the screen towards the left. That one took some practice for me. But around the center part of the right edge when you start to swipe to the left you'll see a little arrow pointing to the left.

I doubt the app is still "running" per se, because just as in any Android app, it would get paused/cached in the background (unless it's designed to be actively running, like a music app that's actively streaming).

In Nova I have a custom bar at the bottom and no search bar, since I have a shortcut to the app drawer in the middle I use that, Swiping up slow no longer opens the app drawer. So be aware Nova may change the way some gestures work.
