I understand that beta is still going on so I went to try to add my month old Pixel 5. When I went to eligible devices, it only showed my Pixel 3xl I had previously.

Do I need to unenroll that device in order to add the P5? Are you only allowed to have one device on beta at a time?

Does anyone have their P5 enrolled?

That's because the pixel 5 comes already with android 11. FYI the beta ended a few months ago and android 11 is the official android 11 no longer in beta so if you have a pixel 5 you are in the latest version. Also, usually around May Google launches the beta version of their next update which should be android 12 and you will then be able to sign up for it then.

Every pixel is updated to 11 now, but they are still available to be in beta for 11 except for the 5.

According to the beta site:
You may remain in the Android Beta Program beyond the initial 11 release to preview future Android 11 updates. These may include bug fixes, feature updates, and improvements to stability and performance. If you choose to do so, you will automatically get pre-release updates as they become available.

Gotcha but that's because most likely it's not relevant right now.. Once they get ready to Launch android 12 beta they will add all existing pixels prior to making it available. I don't think it's on th e back of Google's mind to update their supported devices for a program that ended and won't refresh until May. During that time they always update the eligible devices that can enroll including I believe some third party devices, I think One Plus was one of the devices that was available to enroll as well, I could be wrong on what device other than Google devices but I know there were a few.

Don't worry it's only because they aren't spending resources on that since it's still months ahead, but when it gets close you will be able to enroll. ;)

The thing is, after every beta Ive been in before, it ended when the launch of that version officially happened. However, this is the first time beta is staying open. Just confusing is all.

Yeah I understand your concern, but don't even bother with it until May once they announce it. All Pixel's will be in the program. ;)

Nah the last beta they end it but devices still stayed signed up for them. They'll leave those phones in there still signed up for android 12 and will add the Pixel 5 when it comes time. Still being signed up for the beta program gets you nothing at this point e everyone gets the same software
