This is my girlfriends phone in which she inherited about 18 months ago when I upgraded. Within the last month this is the second time this has happened. The first time I was able to get it restarted by doing the old power/volume down buttons for a period of time. This time I've tried pretty much everything with no luck. I am open to any ideas anyone might have. The phone should be charged and the charge port is clean of any dust etc. I'm thinking it may have to be retired.......any thoughts?
