Pixel 6 - Bluetooth drops on conference calls

Hi Guys,
Here is my situation.
I have a google Pixel 6 (non Pro). Paired and synced with my 2021 Ford F-150. Syncs and android auto worked great for first months of ownership. I can be on a phone call and it works like normal while driving. However if that phone call turns into a conference call the Pixel 6 still says "F-150" on the phone app, but the bluetooth drops and I can only hear people by manually switching to "phone" and holding the phone to my ear. This is obviously dangers and inconvenient. It is the exact same issue as described here:

https://support.google.com/pixelphone/thread/153216907?hl=en

I am running Android 12.

What the hell is going on? How can a flagship phone not have steady bluetooth that works in our cars.

I have tried:
resetting network connections
deleting phone from Ford Sync and re-adding and re-pairing
Uninstalling google phone app on Pixel 6, re-installing, re-updating
Deleting cache and data from phone app

Anyone? Please help. This is infuriating!!

Thank you.

That sucks man. I have no issues using it with both my cars Bluetooth. I have a 2012 bmw 135i and 2021 Ford Explorer.

I think the last sentence in the Google bug post says a lot:

"Additionally, I have tried my pixel 6 pro on another vehicle and it works without a problem. I have also tried two other non Android 12 or Pixel devices on my vehicle and that works flawlessly."

Maybe it's an issue with that Ford system? That's just a maybe. I am having issues with my Jeep UConnect system recently that did not exist previously, but my phone works fine in my older Jeep that does not have UConnect. That tell me the issue is with UConnect in my new Jeep and not necessarily my phone.

Thanks. But the person in that Google bug post is having the same problem in their Chevy that I'm having in my Ford; which have two totally different interfaces/technologies. My Ford never had a problem with my Samsung Galaxy S9.

I just tested in my wife's 2015 Ford Edge. This uses Ford's Sync 2 or 3 (can't remember which) interface. Same problem.

So, Google Pixel 6, Android 12, android auto enabled or disabled, 2015 Ford Edge or 2021 Ford F-150, single line phone calls work perfect, conference calls stop playing over bluetooth and only available on phone.

WTF?!!?
