So I've been a Samsung galaxy note fan since the Note 2 was released, I currently own a Note 20 ultra, but I'm starting to go "off" samsung now from the terrible customer service I received this year from them.

My question is.. In your opinion do you think the pixel 6 pro is a worthy upgrade? Is it time to ditch the note?

The only other thing I'm worried about is that the pixel 6 pro won't have good speakers like the note 20 ultra, I'm not sure if it's the doulby atmos or just the overall quality but the note 20 ultra speakers are amazing!.. For me anyway.

Hi, welcome to AC !
You can wait for the reviews when it comes out or test in Best Buy when it arrives .

Its no way be better then Note 20 ultra... Note 20 ultra is best phone for now till next year when be new note, but if no sd card in it then not cool. Samsung likes do stupid things too🥴anyway not imagine phone if no s pen inside 😅 best tool for phone 👍

Again, no one can answer that question but you. Look at the reviews. Go to a store and get a close up look and feel. Then decide.

I'm currently using a Note 9. This is the longest I've ever gone with the same phone. If the video quality of the pixel 6 pro is as good as I hope, I will be buying.

Up to this point, the Note 9 is the best phone I've ever owned. I will miss the S-pen.

Whether or not it is "worth it" can only be decided by you, since it is your money.

You will not get an objective opinion from me because you couldn't give me a free Samsung phone with all the bloatware and redundant "features."

If you will miss all that, then by all means do not buy a Pixel.

I'm coming from a S21 Ultra myself. I just sold it today. The pixel has been a blast to use. Although my S21U was a great device no doubt I enjoy the pixel more.

Yes, the S21U is great. I should probably sell mine. Right now the P6 is my #1 and P5a is my #2. Am really enjoying this Pixel experience.

What features on a Samsung phone that are redundant? You're clearly talking about apps which you do not apps which you do not have to use. No different from a computer that comes pre installed with apps(who wants to use the edge browser) lol. The great thing is you aren't limited to what the device comes with.

You may not have to use them, but you can't get rid of them.

I don't want all of that cluttering up my phone.

I personally think it was a bigger problem years ago than it is more recently. I've been using the Note 8 for 4 years and it doesn't feel cluttered. I disabled a ton of apps and the phone has worked so well for me all this time, I'm only upgrading because the battery is getting pretty worn out. Back in my Galaxy S3 and Note 4 days, I would totally agree with what you're saying but they did a pretty good job of late with giving people tons of functionality without it holding the hardware back like it used to. I am excited to get back to cleaner Android though, I loved it on my Nexus 5. There's definitely pros and cons to both.
