Pixel 7 using Default notification sound instead of Ringtone for incoming calls

Within Settings, 'Phone ringtone' is set to Nutcracker and 'Default notification sound' is set to Eureka.

When someone calls, a single Eureka sound plays instead of the ringtone?

Any ideas?

You're using the stock Phone app from Google, and not some 3rd party dialer app, right? Or any 3rd party call screening app like TrueCaller?

Apologies for somehow posting in the wrong sub-forum.

It is my mom's phone and everything is stock.

It is for all incoming phone calls. It is odd.
