Need help on getting double tap working on my new Sony WH-1000xm5 headphones to answer inbound calls.
It does not seem to be a "headphone' issue but a Pixel 8 Pro settings issue.
Here is what I know:
When paired with the Pixel 8 Pro, the headphone touch sensor works on music/youtube playback. I can double tap to pause. Double tap again to resume playback. The sensor for volume up and down all working.
Double tap to answer calls does not work on the Pixel 8 Pro.
However, when paired with an iPhone, double tap works to answer calls.
So the double tap works but not on the Pixel 8 Pro. It suggests a setting that I am missing on the phone. But I just can't find it.
Hoping that someone can help on this forum.
Thanks J
