Timing couldn't be worse, but my phone is dead.Had to run out and get a Motog6 until the 3 is available.
My question is it worth trying to get it fixed for trade in purposes?
Brought it to ibreakufix and they won't touch it even though to they are authorized Google partner?? Thanks

When did you get the phone? I assume it's out of warranty?

yeah, 22 months ago. I was planning on getting a P3 and using as a trade in, so timing couldn't be worse...

What happened when it died? Was it starting to malfunction beforehand? Have you already tried pressing and holding Power for a good 20-30 seconds?

about a week ago it froze and I could get it back via Recovery mode.
During the OTA on Monday it froze and started boot looping.
Nothing brings it out..it won't run Recovery or Hard reset anymore. The only way to turn it off is going into the power/volume button menu to shut down.

Hmm, it sounds like that initial freeze might have been a red flag for progressively failing hardware. Sorry, but I don't have any other suggestions.:'(
