Pixel Launcher Home Pages disappearing

Hello,

So I have had a Pixel XL for about a year now. It's been great for the most part. I did have to have it swapped for the mic issue earlier this year. Oreo became a bit of an ordeal. Apps were crashing consistently, the smoothness was gone, the battery drain a lot quicker then I ever remember. But the biggest issue was occasionally my Home pages outside the main page would disappear permanently. The September update or maybe October update took care of the rest of the issues. But the home pages still disappear. I recently wiped my phone to see if that would help. Now it's running like the day I got it. But the pages disappearing still creeps up and now seems to ramping up speed in between resets.

I use multiple profiles and I happen to see this most when I am moving from one profile back to my main profile. But that isn't always the case. About all I can tell is that the Pixel Launcher doesn't load back up the home page gui when going back to home and I either force stop the launcher or restart the phone to get it back up. Once that happens all of my home pages outside the main page are gone.

Anyone have any tricks or seen anything like this?
