I have to admit that I found the PW1 to be a bit on the diminutive side. The Spigen Rugged Armor Pro case bulked it up a bit more to my liking and the case's raised bezel has saved my watch more times than I care to remember.

While the fragile glass globes on the current iterations of the Pixel watch are pretty to look at, they are also easily scratched or shattered and (ouch!) unrepairable. One wrong move can end up being pretty expensive! While size is important (wait, didn't a former girlfriend tell me that size wasn't important?), I would prefer that Google give up the fragile glass globe and give us something with a bit flatter surface and a raised bezel.
