Pixel XL $569, better deal/value than Pixel 2 and XL?

IMO it is a great price for a great phone - IF - you don't need the "latest" technology.
I had one and had no problems with it.

Depends if you're fine having last year's model. I normally want the latest if I'm going to spend money.

I think it's definitely a great deal worth considering! The Pixels of last year are still top-notch devices that work well! Definitely look into it if you are wanting to save a bit of cash and still want a great Google phone! I'm intrigued by the original Pixel, myself.

I still have my Pixel XL as a backup. It is a great phone, but unless price is the only issue, I would get the Pixel 2 XL.

You just missed the original Pixel XL at Best Buy for $120. Yes, it was the 32GB version, but a Pixel phone for $5 a month?! Bargain.

Not available down here.

Anyways, pulled the trigger on the silver XL.

My reasoning is pretty simple.

I'm coming from a Nexus 6p.

I've been able to try the Pixel 2 and 2 XL.

First got the XL 2, had issues with ghosting while scrolling text and touch screen inconsistency and send it back for a refund. All the time I had it, just felt like XL 2 was not a good value. So I went ahead a tried the Pixel 2.

I've had no issues with the Pixel 2 (black) other than the fact that I tried to convince myself that I didn't miss the bigger screen. I even purchase (later cancelled) a Kinda Blue Pixel 2 to replace my just black Pixel 2.

But at the end of the day, I was gonna go back to a bigger screen phone eventually.

I was considering the Panda XL 2 when I saw the OG XL was $570 (can't get those Best Buy and Verizon deals down here), that's a $280 price difference. I know the OG is 32GB but it wont affect me.

I'll give the og XL a chance, my feeling is that it will hold me fine until the XL 3, hopefully a better effort all around from Google.

No.

You could buy the Pixel 2 and go to Sprint, get 250 rebate card. Leave Sprint afterwards if you wish.

There is also the Verizon deal if you plan on sticking with them.

Edit:

Nevermind. Didn't see where you were located.
