So I have been using the Pixel XL for a few days now and my immediate thoughts were completely positive. However, after having the device all setup and me using it extensively for personal and business use, my personal use experience was pretty bad. The apps I had downloaded on the phone were....sketchy. Like they were developed very poorly or the phone was designed for them, which would be odd seeing its google. For example, LIMBO, the audio is constantly choppy and static, it was the same for the 6P, worse on the 6P. Lara Croft GO same audio issues, choppy and laggy.
Now my experience has been involved in both worlds of iOS and Android, the iOS optimization is leaps and bounds over Android. Always having to wipe the Android phone when I can keep pumping my iPhone 7 PLUS with more and more apps and everything runs flawlessly. Which concludes in me probably returning the Pixel XL, sad to say, I was really hoping this phone would be what I imagined.
