Pixel xl freezing after 2 weeks use??

Looks like pixel xl has the usual android slowness or crashes after sometime? All of sudden since last week randomly phone would just freeze during call or any app really, I have to restart to recover. Is there a way to see which app might be running background or something to cause this? I did enable data saver so it doesn't run apps in background to get more battery life.

I've also heard some faults with the storage. What size storage do you have?

Some apps may not be optimized nougat and cause hiccups. I've had less and less hiccups as of late.

The problem was life360 app, after I removed it zero issues
