Edit: I'm not thrilled with pixelbook support but I think I overreacted. Mods delete please?

Bottom line- I have to send in my broken PB before they'll give me a new one. I've been dealing with support for weeks. There are two holidays in a row so I'll prob send in my PB and not get a replacement for three weeks. 5-10 business days they say. I should have bought a cheaper one from a store.

Dealing with Google support can be very frustrating at times. My 1st experiences with Google support were with the Pixel one and Project Fi, no complaints. My most recent experiences, with both, were no where near as good. I had to return a defective Pixel 3 because of a defective power button, they charged me a re-stocking fee.

No, I don't think you are over reacting. I too should have bought a cheaper Chrome OS device to learn about the OS. Isn't hindsight great?
