Hi if I just take my iphone 5 sim that has unlimited lte data and put it in my nexus 4 will att automatically change my data plan to a 4g type plan? I don't want to chane my plan at all so I want to confirm this before I switch the sim .
Thanks

No problem, it will not switch your plan. I use a SIM with an LTE plan for my note 2 and switch them out every weekend. You would need an adapter though since the iPhone 5 SIM is smaller and the N4 uses a micro SIM tray.

Not 100% sure on this but I thought that the IP5 had a nano sim, whereas the Nexus 4 uses a micro sim. Unless you have an adapter, the sim from your iPhone will not work in your N4. Your plan will not change unless you tell AT&T to change it. I assume that unlimited LTE also includes unlimited HSPA+, 3G, and edge since LTE may not always be available. Assuming that you have the correct APN settings, your N4 should (if the sim is the right size) have no issues using AT&T's network, and it most likely will not change your plan.

Great , thanks
I was using Nexus S and it had only 3G(was only getting 3G speed) and when i got my Nexus 4 which had 4G I started getting 4G(HSPA+) connection.

so your plan wont change but you will only be able to access 4G and not 4G lte
