After 4 phone calls and 3 emails and eleven days of waiting I got my UH-OH replacement. I had full intentions of selling it once I got it. I can't bring myself to do it. It's such a solid device. Probably going to sell my honor 8 instead. The nougat update ruined that phone.

Edit: I sold it the next day.
