Plase, help! Yesterday I updated android on my Galaxy S9. Now I cannot answer the calls.

[Android Central Question]

After receiving a call, my phone display stays black. After touch the screen several times I can see the display, but I cannot see who is calling. I can see that and answer the phone only with wipping down the screen and touch the small icon (like I would take over a waiting call for example).

Have you tried restarting the phone? Also try removing the SIM card and then putting it back in. Try putting the phone in "safe" mode, and see if the problem persists....

Do you have a screen protector? Make sure it doesn't obscure proximity sensor.
