Play Books - Table of Contents

I have a couple of PDF documents that have Table of Contents, but after adding them to Play Books on the Galaxy Note 8, the Table of Contents are no longer available for browsing through the documents. Anybody have any idea how to upload the PDFs with their ToC's?
