Play Music Shut Off ????

I have about a dozen Playlists that I composed from my downloaded songs.

The other day I went to listen to a Playlist...Opened Play Music and I selected the playlist I wanted and it began to play.....BUT....it shut off in about 15 seconds.

Tried a different Playlist....same thing. multiple tries.....
So, I went to App and Updated....didn't fix this issue.

Restarted phone....no help here, either.

So, I Uninstalled the App, then Reinstalled.

Guess what, ALL of my Playlists were GONE.
So, I made up new Playlists and now the Play Music plays through as it is should.

Any ideas why I had to Reinstall AND why I lost all of my Playlists?

Advise, Please.

Android doesn't have mysteries. Mystery is an app your talking about because you didn't give the name.

Yep, I stated the Play music app from google.
