Play Store apps not updating

Morning all,

For the last couple of weeks I have been experiencing a problem with my Note 20U. None of my apps are updating in the Play Store. I now have well over 150 apps that need updating and none will. I have forced closed the app and cleared the cache and data to no avail. Any other suggestions? I can download new apps. Just the updates are not.

You don't see the play store app? Should be in app drawer or go setting then app list .

How did you clear it's Data,cache and force stop it ?

as far as I know, the storage location is the device.

How did you get there ? From My files app

You had to long press the google play store app then tap storage to get there , I'm just checking on my Note 20U

Ok you confused me saying you can't find the play store app lol

Just long press it again tap info then 3 dots upper right corner tap and uninstall the update

Got it, thanks. Sorry for the confusion. Update uninstalled. Saying no updates available now. But I assume it may a few minutes to load them. Hopefully this works, thanks and I'll advise.

I had the same problem some time ago. In settings I had update Over WiFi Only, but I had WiFi turned off. I was on data. I turned WiFi on and got the updates.
