Play store down

Am I alone with this problem. I am in West Texas on a galaxy s3 that is 35 days old. I have restarted the phone cleared cache and have done everything I know how to do. Is this a local problem, or is this widespread? I have attempted to use the play store on wifi and my cellular connection to no avail. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

Well this is odd, now it is working via cellular. Perhaps I should restart all the wifi quipment I do appreciate the response. Thank you!
Being that I am an iPhone refugee I have not experienced problems with app stores before....
