Play store help android tv box

Hello, got android tv box.

Play Store just won’t open. Tried absolutely everything.

Cleared cache
Cleared data
Uninstalled app- reinstalled app
Uninstalled updates
Tried to reinstall updates then it gets stuck on “updating apps of 2” along those lines.

Any help please

Leave t turned on updating. If it doesn't finish overnight, turn it off (pull the plug is necessary), wait a minute, then turn it on again. If it still gets stuck there, it's new so contact the seller for a replacement.

I left it for about 2 hours and it didn’t work. So next time I will try over night like you said.

Every other app on my android box works. Just play store won’t open at all
