I just updated on my X. I love the fact that these are now being updated outside of complete system updates! So much easier and should be soo much quicker now.

Gallery feels more KitKat like. Old gallery felts GB/ICS.

Looks nice but they really need to give a way to seperate pics from video. Don't want to scroll thru a thousand pics just to find the couple of videos i have. Definitely and improvement though. The old app pretty dated.

Really like that Moto has moved updates like this to the play store. Much faster/easier to update than releasing an OTA, especially on Verizon.

True, but I've always assumed it takes you back to the original factory version rather than one revision back.

I'm happy with the new version. Doesn't look like we lost anything, just gained an improved UI.
