Play Store Problem - Stuck at 'Downloading...'

I had just bought a new Samsung Galaxy Tab [GT-N8000] 2 weeks ago...

Whenever i click 'Install' it shows that it's downloading but really does'nt... i searched in google help and tried all possible steps like - clear cache and data - restarting - using different google accounts - Log out and log in on google talk but in vain....
I even factory reset it but not working


pls help

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling updates?
