Play store problems

I just got my nexus 10 a few days ago and if been having this problem. When I go to the play store, its completely empty . the isn't a single app. Initially I fixed this by simply going to the accounts section and clicking my email, but now its stick like this and that method doesn't work any more. All my downloaded apps work fine and my WiFi is fine as well, as I can actually view the apps if I go to s link, but I can't download it cuz it says its unavailable in my country, but it worked just fine a few days ago. Please any help would be appreciate d
