Play store saying app not available on this device Pixel 6 pro

[Android Central Question]

So I'm trying download some apps but it comes up saying not available on my device. I've emailed app developer and they've emailed back saying these apps should work ony device and to email google. I've emailed google with no response. Anyone had this problem too ?
