Play store - trade in 2 phones

Both myself and my wife are most likely going to be ordering pixel 2xl's. We would also both be trading in our phones. When I add the second phone I can't select the option for a trade in with it. Can you only do one trade even when purchasing two phones, or can two phone be sent back in the return packaging even if they are not expecting it?

I would prefer not to place two separate order as we will likely finance them and don't know if I could use the same credit card account that was created for the first order.

i was a little annoyed too. I still have my 6p that I wanted to get rid of, but you can only add a trade-in with your order...I think one trade-in pretty cart.

Odd, the packaging would seem to indicate that you could trade in multiple devices but no option for that on the site.

They are probably referring to my case where I ordered two phones on two different orders and am doing a trade in on each order. One phone I'm trading in is a Pixel and the other a Pixel XL. I'm receiving two different trade in packages. They are saying to make sure I send in the right phone with the right package slip.

I spoke to them yesterday and I would have to make two separate orders. The person I chatted with also didn't think it would cause any issues with the financing even though the fine print does say "For new accounts: Phone purchases (any transaction that includes a phone) APR is 0.00%. All other (regular) purchases APR is 29.99%. " That would imply the second purchase wouldn't qualify. She did tell me to speak with the finance department though, as well, which I did not have time to do yesterday.

I called yesterday, yes you have to do two separate orders. You can only trade one phone in per transaction.
