Play Store update problem

Have several apps that need updating in the Play Store. When they try to update, it downloads about half of the update then just sits there and never updates or installs.

Is there problem with the Play Store or is it my phone?

Well there is a guy in the Note 9 forums having same issues and on Verizon , we haven't figured it out yet

Try in recovery clear system cache
