Play store wants me to buy apps again?

I'm sure there is a simple fix for this, but after loading up Bamf Forever on my phone, the play store shows that I have certain apps, but it wants to charge me again for them. I have checked to make sure that I'm using the same account, and I am. On my tablet, everything is fine, and the apps show up as purchased. So, what have I forgotten to do? Thanks.

Have you tried clearing your data for the google play store and trying again?

I did. I also tried re-downloading one of the previously purchased apps and found that it didn't charge me again. However, my apps didn't show up on the installed list even after being installed, so I ditched that ROM, and I'm now giving ThunderStick-FullBlown 1.1.1 a try. So far, so good. The market works great, and I haven't noticed any other issues yet.

Thanks for the response. I put off rooting for a long time, and now I'm jumping in with both feet, so I appreciate all the help I can get.
