When I first set up my phone all my programs and games showed up. But had to reset phone when I did can't find them. I know I'm doing something wrong.

Go to the playstore and sign in if it isn't automatic. That may trigger the re-installations/updates. If not, I think I was re-installing something and suddenly like magic it all started to install.

A phone restart may also trigger it
