Played with the Epic!

My friend just got the Epic and I just had to mess with it so I convinced her to let me see it. It is amazing! I thought it would be thick since it had the keyboard but it wasn't, it was light and thin for having a keyboard. I enjoyed the phone but TouchWiz was really different from stock Android. I enjoyed playing around with it and thought it was an amazing device. If I were to switch to Sprint (thinking about it) it would be the device I would get. (Well until the S2 is out) Just wanted to let you Epic users know that I liked the device and now will be stealing my friend's Epic.

Great! I'd wait though. Oh and if the Touchwiz is a problem with you, you can always install a different launcher. I use Launcher Pro and love the customization with it. Brings it closer to the stock Android experience. But there are other launchers you can mess around with too and they are really simple to use.

Glad you liked it. I chose the Epic over the EVO because I needed a keyboard and the size is great.
Though at this point, you may want to wait a few months and see what Sprint will be releasing for the summer...

I am not planning to switch anytime soon, so I'm not worrying much about getting a new phone.
