Playing music on multiple google homes

We have 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. Theoretically I should be able to tell it to play a song on all speakers and it does, but it isn't working. Does anyone have an idea on how to accomplish this?

You will need to go to the home app, go to the devices, and create a group and choose the two Google Homes to be in the group. Once you have created the group and name it, you can tell the Google Home to "play music in (group name). Example: ok Google, play Jason mraz in (group name). Hope this helps!

I figured it out. For reasons passing understanding, it did not like the group "Home group." It told me it did not know what that was and to name a device. I changed the group name to "Speaker Group," and everything works. Strange.
