Playing Music Through Front Speaker

Is there a way to do this without rooting? Don't want to lose certain features.

Well there really isn't any front speaker, unless you count the earpiece, which isn't exactly designated as a speaker. And no, can't be done without rooting, and you might even need kernel editing or custom ROMs to make this work if even possible, not just rooting.

There is an exploit that lets you do it, but you must have root, which I haven't done since I had a Motorola Droid X. By front speaker I was speaking of the earpiece. I don't have to have it. Just something to play around with.
