Playing videos on Mobile Data

I can't play any videos over my data like I used to be able to. It doesn't matter if I am in LTE or 3G. Its Facebook, YouTube, the browser... It doesn't matter what I try they won't play. I get a pop-up that says Cannot Play Video. Any ideas? I've talked to Sprint and they blame it on a tower outage but it happens everywhere and I think they just don't want to help lol.

I've done that and it still doesn't work... It worked before I got my insurance replacement.
