Playtime's Over, Reset to 2.2 RUU

I'm rooted via unrevoked3 (under 2.1) and s-off. I installed the FroYo RUU (Build 3.21.605.1) and followed an excellent thread on the xda forums to restore root.

I've been playing with apps for the past day or so. I'm pretty happy with things as they are now, but I made some mis-steps along the way, including doing a full restore from Titanium Backup which dropped a whole bunch of 2.1 system apps back on the phone.

I'd like to get back to a clean install of the RUU.

What's the simplest way of doing that? Is it as simple as running the recovery from hboot?

Just do a full system wipe in recovery

Thanks! I was hoping it was that simple. Just didn't want to end up back at unrooted 2.1.

I'm not sure what RUU means, but is this referring to getting back to a stock unrooted phone?

I kinda of wanna try out the STOCK OTA thats out now because the charge-time is just killing me.
