Please advise: how do I get rid of "press 1 to answer" on google voice?

I need to be able to pick up an incoming phone call on google voice by only pressing the hotkey "a" without having to then "press 1 to answer"... if anyone knows how to fix this I would greatly appreciate it. thanks!

So you have to press #1 to answer a call?
