Please Answer - Urgent

Hi there

I unlocked my EVO 4G bootloader form htc dev site and installed MikG v 3.11 ROM which is great. But I now want to go back to Stock ROM. I mean Lock bootloader, get S-ON and stock ROM.

I tried to use the PC36IMG.zip file from bootloader to get to stock, but it reads the file, checks it and does nothing. It doesnt even ask me to update or parse as it should. I also tried the RUU method and it gives me an error.

Can anyone help me to get back to stock ROM.

the first time i used the RUU method i got errors also, it took about 6 tries till it finally went all the way, where as my brothers evo worked the first time, u might just need to try more than once, do a few factory wipes and try again good luck

I get this error too and I've tried it probably 10 times over the last 2 weeks.

Try a different sd card... for some reason my shift would only read tge pgimg file from my 2gb card that came with my hero...
