'Please Backup Your Data' Huawei???

[AC Question]

My Huawei phone has a block that says, 'Please backup your data'... I hadn't even had it for long and it was fine, give it to my boyfriend for barely a week and he goes, "I don't even know what happened?" I have tried all options to try get rid of it and it won't go away... I'm pretty much feeding it! I tried to go on the official website but it's all in Chinese and I tried translating what it said but I was over it by the fifth option and gave up.
