Please Help: Always Having To Select Calendar App

I sure hope someone can help on this. I have searched everywhere for the answer. I have a Galaxy 5 phone. When verbally say set an appointment, say for tomorrow it says OK and walks me thru it, at the end it says "Do you want to create this"? I verbally say "Yes". Here is the problem, it then pops up with a choice of 2 calendars Samsung and Google and says to select the one I want to use.

Is there anyway to make it always use the Google calendar. I have set it as the default numerous times, used apps to change it to default and still it comes up with the choice every time. This is inconvenient not to mention dangerous if you are driving to have to push a little button. This is driving me crazy, hope someone can help. Thanks in advance, CC

When you are using voice to do this Calendar appointment, are you saying "ok Google", or "Hi, Galaxy"?

OK Google, never heard of the Hi Galaxy.

Yeah, Samsung Galaxy s5 also has its own voice commands that allow you to do certain functions. If you want to use Google voice commands and Google Calendar, I think you need to make sure the Samsung "S Voice" is disabled or uninstalled. May also need to uninstall the Samsung Calendar, and possibly the Samsung acct and Galaxy Apps which is a Samsung acct thing. Start with checking the first part of above.

Thanks for the reply, S Voice is disabled and as far as uninstalling the Samsung Calendar I would love to but it is a system app so it won't let me.
